Who is a Protagonist (ENFJ)?
Protagonists are individuals with the Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling and Judging personality traits. They tend to be warm, persuasive and talkative people with great social skills. Being global learners, protagonists usually pay more attention to the bigger picture, rather than smaller details.
This is a kind, yet very expressive person, saying everything they think. They can’t stand selfishness and love to help other people. They are deep thinkers and able to see without prejudice, on both sides, which makes them people who easily solves problems and conflict. They take a great deal of pride and joy in guiding others to work together to improve themselves and their community. However they need mental stimulation to not get bored and lose motivation. They have a desire for freedom and equality for all and are always ready to step up if they feel like someone is treated unfairly. They have an intuitive sense of the emotions of others, and often act as an emotional barometer for the people around them. Protagonist/Aquarius are often humanitarian in nature, and may feel genuine concern for the ills of the entire human race. They tend to personally experience the feelings of others, and feel compelled to act when they see people suffering.
Protagonist/Aquarius is among the least likely to have trouble in school. Personal values include friendships, education and learning, creativity and community service and they are commonly found in careers in religion, teaching, and the arts. You’d be making a mistake if you confused their kindness with weakness though. These people cab be fierce, demanding leaders, expecting you to step up to their level and expectations. They bring infectious enthusiasm to everything they do, which will inspire everyone around them.
If you want to seduce a Protagonist/Aquarius you have to be cool about it. If you come on too strong they will most likely moon-walk their way out of the room. Most of their relationships tend to start out as friendships that grow into something deeper over time. These people have a great need for freedom and can feel rather inconsistent and mysterious to anyone trying to win their heart. Protagonist/Aquarius make great cheerleaders, and will encourage their partners to develop and explore their potential. They are engaged and ready to help, and look for opportunities to support their mates in their accomplishments. They also want harmony above all else, sometimes at the expense of their own needs. They feel conflict is upsetting and they often avoid it.
They have a solid social circle and are likely to be the ones planning events and finding opportunities to get people together. Their leadership skills ensure that others quickly jump on board and are excited about it. They can have a bit of a stubborn streak which stems from a strong, righteous conviction. They enjoy team work and participating in communities of like-minded individuals. As managers they combine their skill in recognizing individual motivations with their natural charisma to not only push their teams and projects forward, but to make their teams want to push forward. Since they don‘t like direct confrontation, they may sometimes stoop to manipulation, but Protagonist/Aquarius end goal is always to get done what they set out to do in a way that leaves everyone involved satisfied.
